Levels of Care
Level 1
The resident will receive a shower, with the assistance of a bath aide, three times weekly.
Care includes undressing, dressing, and grooming (to include shaving for men).
The resident will receive assistance to/from the dining and activity areas.
Medication management is provided.
Level 2
The resident will receive incontinence care, as well as all care provided at Level I.
Level 3
The resident will receive comprehensive care with ambulation, feeding, and incontinence,
as well as all care provided at Levels I and II.
Level 4
Resident will receive total care, including ambulation without weight bearing. Resident will be fed.
Resident may be in a geriatric chair. Resident may be on hospice.
